Shipping Netherlands and Belgium
Delivery is made directly from our warehouse in China where we store our products to ensure the most environmentally friendly delivery possible. We deliver with parcel carriers DHL, PostNL, and GLS. Generally, the delivery time is 8 to a maximum of 20 working days.
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 10:00 PM are processed the next day. However, we cannot always guarantee this; sometimes products are not in stock, and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for any reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs are free on all orders.
Cooling-off period/Returns
Easy Returns
It can happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps you don't like the product, or there might be another reason why you don't want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation, you have another 7 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. Returns are at your own expense, €5 to €25+ (Must be shipped to our warehouse in China, Name: Wang Wenqian

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@varmosa.nl. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure it is well packaged upon return.
Cancellation of orders
We understand that you sometimes change your mind. You have the option to cancel your last purchase within 15 minutes of placing your order. Please contact us immediately via email: info@varmosa.nl. Unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible after these 15 minutes have passed. After this period, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment. If you wish to cancel after this period, you must follow our return procedure.

Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact info@varmosa.nl. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product."
